From that revelation, Bold Becoming was born. And from my own journey of reclaiming identity, through the SHINE Method and the 3Vs of Value, Voice, and Virtue, I found not just healing, but a framework. One that is both protective and transformational. One that I now teach to extraordinary women of faith who are ready to stop hiding and start becoming.

I'm still on the journey. I haven't arrived. But I know this: nothing can stop your shine. Background behavior can only make it appear hidden. And sis I believe now more than ever, it's time to move from the background to forefront.

"You were not slow. You were becoming. You were not blind. You were learning to see."

I gave my life to Christ at five years old. I grew up in the church, the daughter of a Bishop and a Pastor, surrounded by faith, expectation, and a deep desire to love God well. I wanted to get it right.

But at 19, I became a single mother of twins. And just like that, everything I thought I knew about my story shifted. I wrestled with shame, with the fear that I had disqualified myself from God's plan. I wondered if the chapter I was living had somehow canceled the ones He had written for me.

It hadn't. In that season, God whispered something that would change everything: "I want to use all of your story." Not the cleaned-up version. Not the parts I was proud of. All of it. That moment became the foundation of everything I do today.

But the journey wasn't over. Years later, I found myself in a season that looked whole from the outside. And I was disappearing on the inside. I had built an identity around roles, around what I could give, around who I was supposed to be for everyone else. And somewhere in the middle of all of that performing, I lost track of who I actually was.

There was a morning I sat down to write in my journal. My first words were simple: "I am competent." And then, almost immediately after: "For too long, I've measured myself by the wrong standards."

That journal became a turning point. Not because everything changed overnight. It happened because I finally started telling the truth. To myself. To God. About what I had been carrying, what I had been hiding, and what I had been calling strength that was actually silence.

Around that same season, I was leading an online community called Modern Women of Virtue, rooted in Proverbs 31, built for women of faith. But I kept hearing the same quiet resistance from the women I was trying to reach: "I don't feel like a virtuous woman. That's not for someone like me." They weren't rejecting the scripture. They were rejecting the standard. The idea that they had to arrive somewhere before they could belong.

That revelation cracked something open in me. Women didn't need another label to live up to. They needed a process to become. And becoming, real becoming, isn't moving away from yourself. It's returning to who God created you to be all along.

I didn't start this work
because I had it figured out.

I started it because I almost lost myself.

Transformational coach. Speaker. Minister. Host of the Bold Becomers Podcast. And a woman who knows firsthand what it costs to show up for everyone else while quietly losing yourself in the process.

I help extraordinary women of faith break free from the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that keep them hidden. And boldly step into who God created them to be. Not someday. Right now. Exactly as they are.

The SHINE Method is the repeatable process I developed from my own journey of realignment. It's not theory. It's lived. It's what I applied when I was rebuilding my sense of self. And what I now guide other women through when they're ready to do the same.

a framework and a mission.

From my journey came

This work is rooted in the 3Vs: Value: your identity and worth rooted in God, not performance. Voice: your truth, your expression, your calling, fully alive. Virtue: character shaped through a yielded life, not a perfection standard no one can meet.

When one of the 3Vs is stifled, discontent follows. And discontent is not a character flaw. It is a signal. It's your God-given identity letting you know something is out of alignment. This work helps you recognize that signal and respond with clarity, courage, and faith.
