What began as a deeply personal journey has become a global mission. As the daughter of a Bishop and a Pastor, Chara’s life took an unexpected turn when she became a single mother of twins at 19. In that season, she wrestled with identity, shame, and the fear that her story had disqualified her from God’s plan. But what felt like a breaking point became a breakthrough. In one defining moment, she heard God whisper, “I want to use all of your story.” That encounter became the foundation of her message—one that reminds women that God never wastes a single chapter of their lives.

It's time to live with
SHINE.

Today, Chara uses lessons from her own experiences to reveal the transformational power of authenticity. Through her signature framework, The SHINE Method, she teaches that you can show up as the light God created you to be while making space for the woman you’re becoming. This approach bridges faith, personal development, and identity work—helping women align spiritually, emotionally, and practically with their divine purpose.

Her work extends beyond coaching. Whether she’s teaching from the stage, behind a microphone, or in an intimate coaching session, Chara empowers women around the world to embrace their story and commit to a lifestyle of becoming—a journey she calls being a Bold Becomer. Through this message, she guides women in ministry, business, and personal life to integrate authenticity and audacity, showing up in the forefront of their lives with purpose, peace, and bold faith.
